Sophie coach at Ardent Fitness

Sophie

Coach

Sophie brings a strong foundation of knowledge and a passion for performance to the Ardent crew. She holds a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from San Diego State University and a Master’s in Kinesiology – Sport Performance from Point Loma Nazarene University. She’s also SCCC certified through the CSCCa.

Before joining Ardent, Sophie was a Sports Performance Coach at Youngstown State University, where she trained collegiate athletes in Swim, Pole Vault, and Women’s Soccer. Her favorite lifts are box squats and push presses, and she’s a big fan of creatine and magnesium when it comes to fueling performance and recovery.

Outside the gym, Sophie loves spending time with her two dogs, Maui and Buddy, and is currently planning her wedding for next year. Whether you’re just starting your strength journey or looking to level up your performance, Sophie is here to help you move better, get stronger, and train with confidence.

A former collegiate volleyball player at Dallas Baptist University (DBU), Kaycie spent six years coaching at her alma mater while earning her Master of Arts in Teaching. That coaching fire never left—and for the past six years, she’s been helping clients crush their goals in the gym.

Kaycie is also a WAG Certified Nutrition Coach with three years of experience helping people simplify nutrition and build habits that last. She’s all about real results—stronger bodies, sustainable change, and serious confidence.

When she’s not coaching, she’s busy being a proud wife and mom to two wild and wonderful boys, ages four and one. Her go-to supplement? LMNT. Her favorite thing? Watching people unlock their potential and realize they’re capable of more than they ever thought possible.

Whether you’re here to lift heavier, feel better, or fuel your body right—Kaycie’s here to hype you up, push you forward, and coach you through every step.

Strength Equipment – Our training area is completed with highly trusted Titan squat racks, Rogue KB’s, and Rogue Plyo boxes to support every level of training.

Diamond

Recovery Area – Bring your rest day to the gym and soak in our cold plunge, relax in our sauna and use our foam rollers to stay injury free.

Running

Cardio Equipment – From quick sprints on the Assault Bike to steady incline walks on the treadmill, you’ll have everything you need to challenge yourself and keep building.

Ardent Fitness has a boutique-style feel with a space designed to help you perform at your best. The layout is open, inviting, and never crowded with equipment. You’ll also find showers and a private recovery area – the perfect spot to recharge or take a day for yourself.

Cold

Cold Plunge & Infrared Sauna – We offer both to help with recovery, reduce inflammation, and support better performance. They’re available to all members.

Shower

Modern Amenities – Our locker rooms are clean and fully equipped with showers, towel service, and hydration stations.
